What can I expect from the Menopause DIscovery Call?
The Menopause Discovery Call is a brief, no-obligation introduction. It allows you and Chris to get to know one another, discuss your primary concerns, and determine if CAM Wellness Solutions is the right fit for your needs.
This visit is not a medical appointment, so no prescriptions or treatment plans are provided during this time. There are no requirements to schedule a follow-up appointment. Simply an opportunity to ask questions and explore your options in a low-pressure virtual setting.
Does CAM Wellness Solutions bill insurance?
CAM Wellness Solutions does not bill insurance. Our concierge like model allows us to focus on you without time limits or treatment restrictions that insurance companies often impose. By not billing insurance for our visits, we're able to provide the level of attention and support that women need. You can still use your insurance for labs, imaging, and medications at your usual pharmacy or diagnostic center. We keep your visits private and flexible so your care remains centered on your needs.
What is a Concierge Menopause Clinic?
Concierge Menopause Clinic is a healthcare model that focuses on highly personalized, relationship-based care for women in perimenopause and menopause
CAM Wellness Solutions provides:
- Direct and personalized attention from Chris
- Emphasis on education so you understand what is happening in your body
- Evidence-based options for managing symptoms, including hormonal and non-hormonal approaches
- Support in creating a plan for how you want to feel and age in this stage of life
How do I schedule a 30-60 minute appointment, and what is included?
You can schedule a 30-60-minute appointment through your Simple Practice portal account or email cammenopause@gmail.com.
During your 30-60-minute visit, you can typically expect:
- Discussion of where you are in the perimenopause or menopause transition
- Education about hormonal changes and how they can affect your body and life
- A personalized treatment plan, which may include lifestyle strategies, hormone therapy, and/or non-hormonal options
- Recommendations for any necessary labs or follow-up appointments
- Review of past laboratory tests and screening tests and what they mean for your body
- Order laboratory tests needed and make suggestions for future health decisions
New client visits are typically scheduled for longer time blocks to allow for thorough discussion and an individualized plan
Can I use my HSA plan for appointments?
In many cases, you can use funds from a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses, including visits with CAM Wellness Solutions. Eligibility and reimbursement rules vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm what is covered under your specific benefits.
